From the first assessment to repeat production, each service starts with the part, its load case and the reason it is being reconsidered.

Design for additive manufacturing

We redesign an existing part so it prints well: setting wall thickness, routing fibre around the load path, planning the support strategy, and consolidating a multi-part assembly where one printed part can do the same job.

Part production

Production covers printing, post-processing and finishing, from a single functional part through a short series. The process and material are selected against geometry, load case, quantity and surface requirements.

Small-series production

For repeat orders, we hold the approved production settings consistent and carry out dimensional checks between batches. Revisions remain traceable to the supplied file and agreed production specification.

Assessment and consulting

We assess where printing saves time or money and where it does not. Engineering and procurement teams receive a written print-vs-machine verdict, with the suitable process, material and orientation where additive is the right call.
