Young company, direct line

DFAM Factory UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is a young company in Berlin working with mechanical engineers, R&D teams and procurement on functional additive parts. The person who assesses your part is the person who answers your email. That keeps the reasoning attached to the file: what the part does, how it is loaded, what must remain dimensionally stable, and whether printing is the right production route.

Work begins with a STEP or STL file, the load case and quantity. We return a written print-vs-machine verdict and, where additive fits, define the process, material and orientation before production. Parts are post-processed and dimensionally checked against the agreed requirements. Typical delivery is 3–5 business days, often sooner.

The aim is a clear technical exchange rather than a sales hand-off. Questions about geometry, fibre routing, finish or repeat batches stay in the same conversation from assessment through delivery. Decisions are recorded against the supplied file, so the production basis remains clear when a part is revised or ordered again.
